Mother Nature’s Tea
We made this Mother Nature Tea just to make things easier during that time of the month. It's simple as tea.
•Raspberry leaf the perfect herb to ease normal menstrual and gastrointestinal cramping.
•Cramp bark is used for relieving cramps, including muscle spasms, menstrual cramps, and cramps during pregnancy.
•Nettle rich in iron and helps replenish minerals lost during menstruation.
•Rose Hips is packed with vitamin C + antioxidants.
•Adding cinnamon to the mix may help make symptoms like menstrual cramps and nausea more bearable.

This blend can make 8-16oz
(For 8oz use 1 1/2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea) 3grams.
Directions: 16oz of boiling water over tea bag. Cover and steep for 5-10 minutes. Drink 1-2 times per day! Drink daily for best results.
