Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping policy:

Be Loved Herbal Apothecary processing window is 3-5 business days. You will receive an initial order confirmation and then a shipping confirmation when your order is scanned at the post office. Please note that the processing window does not include weekends, holidays, and shipping time.

Return/exchange policy:

POLICY RESTRICTIONS
Returned items must be in their original, undamaged packaging, and refunds will be issued only for the unused portion of the product returned.

We do not accept returns on products that have been mixed or blended together with other ingredients. Refunds will only be issued for product that is returned in the original form that they were purchased in.

We do not accept returns of opened dropper bottles. The tamper evident safety seal must remain unbroken in order to qualify for a refund.

Be Loved Herbal Apothecary will not be responsible for damage or loss that occurs to goods shipped again to a different destination beyond the original shipping address provided on the order.

We do not offer free return shipping labels.All inquiries are handled in the order that they are received. Contact within 72 hours of delivery. Emails will need to include order number, a description of damage, and pictures to verify. If it is decided that your product is damaged, a refund or replacement will be sent at the discretion of the buyer. If your product is deemed to not be damaged (at the discretion of seller) you will not receive replacement or refund. **Damaged product includes crack, discoloration upon arrival, malfunction with dropper bottle.

Lost or damaged package:

Orders that are marked delivered by the carrier are considered delivered. I cannot refund for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. You will need to contact the carrier to inquire about your missing package. Please double check your address before purchase. A package with an incorrect address may be returned to sender by carrier. I check returned packages once a month. Buyer will be contacted and offered package to be sent back with an additional shipping fee or refund of returned products, shipping not included. **International orders: when ordering from Be Loved Herbal Apothecary LLC. you accept that you may incur import taxes upon arrival to your post office. I will not refund for refusal of package due to these fees or for packages that are lost oversees. Many times packages take a month or more to arrive.**
