Drink this tea after having a long day stressful day.
•Chamomile is considered to be a mild sedative or tranquilizer, which means it may relax the nervous system and promote sleep.
•Catnip is most commonly used to treat nervousness and anxiety, along with other symptoms these conditions can cause, such as indigestion and insomnia.
•Lemon balm help improve mood, slow cognitive decline, and decrease anxiety levels.
•Peppermint can help relax your muscles, setting the scene for a peaceful night of sleep.
Wind Me Down may also be used as a sleep time tea, steeped and enjoyed hot before bed.

This blend can make 8-16oz
(For 8oz use 1 1/2 teaspoons of loose leaf tea) 3grams.
Directions: 16oz of boiling water over tea bag. Cover and steep for 5-10 minutes. Drink 1-2 times per day! Drink daily for best results.
