•Dandelion leaf: Promotes liver detoxification and supports kidney function.
•Milk Thistle: Contains silymarin, which protects liver cells and aids in regeneration.
•Cranberry: Supports urinary tract health, benefiting the kidneys.
•Raisins:Potassium and magnesium are high in raisins. These help to reduce acidity and remove toxins from the body, thereby preventing diseases like gout, arthritis, heart disease and kidney stones.
•Ginger: Improves digestion and has anti-inflammatory effects on the liver.
•Parsley: Acts as a diuretic and supports kidney health.
•Horsetail: is a common weed with diuretic properties; it's helpful for increasing urine output to flush the kidneys and urinary tract.
•Marshmallow root: may calm the tissues of the urinary tract. It's a gentle diuretic that encourages urination. The mucilage created by marshmallow root is known to be helpful for kidney stones.

Directions: 16oz of boiling water over tea bag. Cover and steep for 5-10 minutes. Drink 1-2 times per day! Drink daily for best results.
