Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:


Opened or used products


  • Herbal remedies, teas, tinctures, or ingestible items

  • Custom or made-to-order products


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

 

If approved, we will offer:



A replacement item, or


  • A refund to the original payment method


Lost or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by shipping carriers. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
