Are your products intended to treat or cure medical conditions?

How should I store my tea?

Store your tea in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture to maintain freshness and flavor.

How long does tea stay fresh?

For the best flavor and quality, we recommend enjoying your tea within 12–18 months when stored properly.


Brewing & Use

How do I brew your herbal tea?

For most blends:

  • 1–2 teaspoons of tea
  • 8–12 oz hot water
  • Steep for 5–10 minutes
  • Enjoy as is or sweeten to taste

Always refer to the brewing instructions on the product page.

Can I cold brew your teas?

Yes! Add 1–2 tablespoons of tea to a quart of cold water and refrigerate for 8–12 hours. Strain and enjoy over ice.

Can I make tea refreshers with your blends?

Absolutely! Many of our customers enjoy creating herbal refreshers, mocktails, lemonades, and iced tea recipes using our blends.

How many cups can I make from one bag?

Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

Do you offer local pickup?

What if my package is delayed?

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns on opened items. Please review our Return Policy for complete details.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has not yet been processed, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
